Yup… you’ve read that right…
We have teamed up with local legend PASCALE’S ALL NATURAL ICE CREAM to provide the nation’s capital with 100% VEGAN ice cream cakes. These things are not for the light of heart. They are mammoth cakes. We currently only sell them in one size, 10″, and this could easily feed 30 people.
You’ll notice that we require a MINIMUM of seven days’ notice to order one of these. This is non-negotiable! There is quite a process that occurs to co-ordinate this deliciousness. First, we bake the cake. Once it’s cooled, we have to co-ordinate to transfer it to Pascale’s. She then fills the cake with 2 litres of ice cream, and freezes it to perfection. Another co-ordination has to take place to return the cake to us so that we can frost it up and decorate it to the desired specifications! As you can see, there’s a heck of a lot of love going into these.
At the moment, we currently offer 2 flavours…
Coconut Raspberry with a citrus icing (made using MICHAELSDOLCE’s delicious jam!) – $110 + HST
Dark Chocolate Salted Cashew (gluten-free!) – $125 + HST
