Westminster Pet Sanctuary A 100% no-kill, cage-free sanctuary located outside of Ottawa. They rescue animals that would be turned away at other shelters, and many that have severe disabilities. Please consider making a donation or volunteering your time with them, as they receive no corporate or government funding. Every penny that goes to them goes directly to the animals’ care.
